I currently offer two ways to work together:

1:1 Coaching programs: 3 or 6 month programs. Book a consultation to see if we would be a good fit and to learn more about my program.

Pick My Brain Sessions: For people who don’t need a full coaching program, but want to troubleshoot or chat. Sessions are 1 hour. Topics include: overall health/wellness, GLP-1s, nutrition, business, content creation, mindset, or life in general. Think of it as grabbing coffee with a friend who happens to be obsessed with helping people feel their best.
